Program requires 3 codes from specially marked Pillsbury Toaster Strudel packages for ONE (1) free child’s movie ticket (up to $8) with the purchase of an adult admission. The free child’s movie ticket can be used to purchase any theatrical showing of your choice at any participating theater. You may find participating theatres at http://emoviecash.com/locator/. Your codes are valid until March 31, 2013. Your e-Movie Cash printed tickets are valid until 60 days after you enter your codes.

How do I use my e-Movie Cash ticket?
Print your e-Movie Cash ticket and take it to the box office of any participating theater (to locate a participating theater, go to www.emoviecash.com/locator.
e-Movie Cash tickets can be used for ONE (1) free child's movie ticket (up to $8.00) with the purchase of an adult admission. Please present your e-Movie Cash ticket at a participating theater within 60 days after you enter your codes. Your e-Movie Cash ticket is not valid with any other offer, no cash will be provided as change, not redeemable for cash, and only valid in the United States. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. e-Movie Cash is valid in the United States only (not including Puerto Rico).

Can e-Movie Cash tickets be used for "no pass / no coupon" showings?
Yes, you may use your e-Movie Cash ticket for "no pass / no coupon" shows.

What happens if my admission is more than $8.00?
If your ticket price is more than $8.00 you will be responsible for paying the difference at the box office.

What happens if my admission is less than $8.00?
No cash is provided as change.

Which theaters will accept my e-Movie Cash ticket?
For participating theaters, log onto www.emoviecash.com/locator.

What do I do if a participating e-Movie Cash theater does not accept my e-Movie Cash ticket?
As long as the e-Movie Cash ticket is not expired, you may contact Customer Service at 1.800.290.0816, Mon.-Fri., 9am-5pm EST and tell us which theater it was. We will then contact that theater and let you know when you may return to use your e-Movie Cash ticket.

I have a theater in my area, but they don't accept e-Movie Cash. What can I do?
Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.290.0816, Mon.-Fri., 9am-5pm EST, tell us which theater it is, and we will contact them and try to sign them up to accept e-Movie Cash.

There are no participating theaters in my area. What can I do?
If you do not have a participating theater within 30 miles, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.290.0816, Mon.-Fri., 9am-5pm EST.

What can I do if I lose my e-Movie Cash ticket or need to reprint it?
Lost, misplaced, damaged or expired e-Movie Cash tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

My e-Movie Cash ticket has expired. Can I get a replacement?
No, expired e-Movie Cash tickets may not be replaced.

Can I make copies of my e-Movie Cash ticket?
No, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered official e-Movie Cash tickets will not be accepted. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes.

Can I give my e-Movie Cash ticket to someone else to use?
No, e-Movie Cash tickets are non-transferable.

I do not have access to a printer. How can I print out my e-Movie Cash ticket?
You must save the e-Movie Cash ticket PDF to your computer to print at a later time. IF YOU RECEIVE THE e-MOVIE CASH TICKET AND THEN LEAVE THE SCREEN WITHOUT PRINTING IT, YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO IT.

The theater is asking for my address and zip code to enter into their POS terminal, what do I tell them?
The theater should enter the address and zip code printed on your e-Movie Cash ticket. The address is 111 John Street, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10038.

I have a question or complaint about a movie theater.
e-Movie Cash operates independently from the theaters. If you have a specific question regarding your local theater i.e. available theater amenities, certificate category, age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your local theater, you must contact the theater directly.

I received an "Internal Error" message. What does this mean?
This problem usually occurs if your browser has not been set to accept "cookies." Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by e-Movie Cash and other Websites you visit. Your Internet browser must be set to accept cookies. The process required to accept cookies differs for each browser, but you should be able to access instructions through the "Help" menu on your browser. Once your browser settings have been changed be sure to close and restart your Internet browser application. Please remember, if you are running any software that filters or blocks cookies, you may still have this problem even if your browser is set to accept cookies. Similarly, some third-party applications, which kill pop-ups, also prevent cookies from being set.
