1.     ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of the Sponsor and the Promotional Participants (as defined in section 6 below) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.

 

2.     TO PLAY: Beginning on June 18, 2008 through September 9, 2008 with the purchase of Outback Steakhouse designated meals and Coca-Cola products you will receive a Game Piece (while supplies last). Beginning on June 18, 2008 at 12:01AM CDT through 11:59 PM CDT on September 15, 2008 log on to www.outback.com/movie and follow the instructions to enter the online Promotion using your unique code. Entrant will receive $5 off a movie ticket while supplies last and entry into the sweepstakes.  Each code may only be used to enter the Promotion one time. Automated methods of entry are prohibited.

 

3.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter sweepstakes submit your handwritten name, address, phone number and e-mail address on a piece of paper and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: Outback and a Movie Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3010, Rogers, MN 55374-3010. Entry must be received by September 15, 2008. One (1) entry per envelope. Limit one (1) entry per day. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced requests are void. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, postage due or misdirected mail/requests.

 

4.     DRAWING:  Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about October 15, 2008 from among eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by telephone or mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit (1) prize per person, address or household.

 

5.     PROMOTION PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

(1) Grand Prize: Home Theater package, with winner receiving a 52” HDTV, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and a Disney/Touchstone Blu-Ray DVD collection. ARV: $3,500.

(5) Second Prizes: Outback and a Movie packages, with each winner receiving 10 movie tickets and $100.00 in Outback gift cards; ARV: $200.00

(50) Third Prizes: Each winner receiving a $25 in Outback gift card.

      All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash or         other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize            with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as        determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays or           cancellations of events constituting part of the prize packages. Depictions of any part of the prize    packages in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prizes awarded to           the winner.

 

6.     VERIFICATION: Decisions of the judges are final. In the event of a printing, production or other error, neither OSI Restaurants Partners, LLC nor any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, shareholders, directors, officers and agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers involved in this promotion shall have any liability. Game Pieces may not be transferred or sold. Only Game Pieces obtained at participating Outback Steakhouse locations (per Rule #2) and/or entries submitted by mail (per Rule #3) shall be deemed eligible to participate.

 

7.     GENERAL RULES: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Grand Promotion Prize winner will be issued a Form 1099, for income verification and tax purposes, for the retail value of the prize. Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries, entries not received by entry deadline, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, unauthorized human intervention, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture or entry information online regardless of cause that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of any individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPTS BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the promotion, a random drawing will be conducted from among eligible entries received prior to termination. Should multiple uses of the same e-mail account enter the online promotion and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the winning entrant, the authorized subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Potential Promotion Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within 15 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and the Promotional Participants to use winners’ names and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and/or their Promotional Participants may request Promotion Prize winners to submit a photograph of themselves for promotional purposes. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Promotional Participants including their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use/acceptance of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion, and the acceptance/use of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering of the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.
